This whole lucite craze got me cray, and I decided I needed a quick fix. For Easter I purchased a tray of Ferrero Rocher and I knew the tray would be perfect for a little project. And I mean painfully little. Here is what I came up with …
Step 1 – eat chocolates. Step 2 – use the Ferrero Rocher cardboard insert to trace onto your paper / fabric / cloth. With your paper cutter or scissors, cut out your new tray liner.
Step 3 – snugly add your paper / fabric / cloth. You can choose to add a bit of double-sided tape to the corners at this point. It is not necessary and be aware it’ll be tricky to remove so you’ll need a bit of hormone-induced rage to remove it. Step 4 – accessorize your tray how you see fit. Or if you have anyone monitoring you, accessorize however they see fit {Holly will know what I’m talking about}.
HAHA! Brilliant – I'm not the only one who is supervised by a short furry animal 😀
I can hear your cat's thoughts, and they aren't pretty. LOL!
Excellent re-use project. I am particularly fond of step 1… Just sayin'. Speaking of which, I am sure I have some chocolate in this house, somewhere. I have a bad feeling that I might end up eating the baker's chocolate.
There is no shame in that Pat. I've done that once or twice in my time. Or ten.
Haha – hormone-induced rage! I usually have no trouble summoning up some of that!!
It's amazing how I can go from zero to psycho in a matter of seconds if the most simple of tasks is not working in my favour.
Ok amazing DIY but the photo with the cat. I'm dying laughing!
